AO4S is proud to announce that Greg Harder has joined our team as Director of Sales & Customer Relations. The addition of Greg is just one way that AO4S is raising the bar on the level of service that we provide to our customers. Over the next few months Greg will be reaching out to new and existing customers to identify how AO4S can better serve their employee recruitment needs.

Greg brings with him over 30 years of marketing experience and a lifetime of experience in the production agriculture industry. He has a degree in animal science from the University of Minnesota.

In his position as the Director of the Aksarben Stock Show, Greg was able to increase entries and animal numbers 3 fold in 3 years!
Greg grew up in southern Minnesota on a diversified farm that raises corn, soybeans, cattle, sheep, and turkeys. The Harder Farm has continuously raised turkeys since the early 1950’s.
As a youth, Greg was a member of 4-H and FFA and was very competitive showing cattle and sheep at the national level. He was also a member of a very successful collegiate livestock judging team while at the University of Minnesota. In his spare time, Greg continues to share his knowledge and love of evaluating livestock by coaching both youth and collegiate teams. Greg is recognized nationally for his livestock evaluation skills and is sought after to judge local, regional, and state fairs.
His extensive knowledge of the livestock industry from production to promotion and marketing is unmatched. Greg’s background coupled with his incredible work ethic and pleasant personality make him the perfect addition to the AO4S team.
